STRICTLY NO REFUND POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY – UAE ONLY (2 Days)

After placing an order, fabric is purchased and customized according to your measurements.

1) If loose → alteration for 50 AED (including delivery).
2) If small → a new piece must be made at full cost + delivery charge.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. No exchanges during sales or on sale items. No exchanges after 2 days. Sale items delivered without shaila.

Sale items: Non-exchangeable.

International Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Applies to international orders only. Ready-to-wear items: return/exchange/refund within 7 days.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Contact: olive.iii@yahoo.com

Customized products: all sales final.

Refunds processed within 30 business days. Customer covers shipping, duties, and taxes. Use trackable shipping for safety.
